Samuel Palmer's campaign committee receives $2,800 from Mark Owens

The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Samuel Palmer, "Sam for Senate," received $2,800 from Mark Owens on Sep. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Sam for Senate has received $15,500 in contributions since the beginning of the year.
